What I did

I've helped put the monthly customer newsletter together since 2018, and in my last two years I wrote, designed and sent it in HubSpot.

Nearly every issue goes only to engaged contacts, with unengaged contacts left out. It sends at the same local time for every reader, early in the month.

How an issue is built

  1. A header image with a Shop Now button, matched to the month or the featured product.
  2. A short, friendly welcome and a few short blurbs, each linking to a product.
  3. Article cards from the company blog: an image, a title, two or three sentences and a link.
  4. The month's sale with its code, then product tiles with Shop Now buttons.
  5. A free-shipping banner and the footer.
